Meditation is a simple and powerful practice of awareness, balance, healing, developing a centered place of experience, patience, and self-care.
I have learned and practiced many forms of meditation:  Buddhist, Dhyana, Heart Centered, Samadhi, Tantric, Vipassana, Visualizing, Walking, and maybe a few others.
The simplest is also the hardest, to sit still and breathe, placing the attention of the mind and awareness on the breath as it travels in and out of the body.  
I have led  and inducted many individuals and groups in short and long meditations, helping to connect with a healing awareness within.
